I think it was excellent overall. It was tough as nails though, super intense in terms of hours, however, I had learnt more than I ever would through YouTube or google. I was a bit sceptical at first with the course being conducted remotely, however, it was just the same as being in the classroom after all. The tutor was super engaging, full of real-world examples and some added humour to keep it as light as possible. When things got tougher, the tutor was helpful and open making me feel like I can ask maybe a “stupid” question without feeling embarrassed.

The trainer was a very knowledgeable individual that resorted to a host of teaching techniques to make the course topics captivating, enjoyable and easy to understand. It was a blessing and a privilege to have him as a trainer. The idea of the pre-course work in preparation for the training is one that must be commended as anyone that took the time and effort to go through the exercises was able to engage with the course from day 1 whilst using each session to reinforce his knowledge. The delegate manual was very informative with useful illustrations that will be helpful and will serves as guidance material for my future assignments.

Trainer was great. very experienced, relaxed, good experience and stories to get the message across. Good Comfortable venue. Rooms and facilities good, good location.

The information given in the course was excellent. A fantastic trainer, made it very easy to take in the information.

Course was very well structured. Coursework made interesting by group exercises. Very knowledgeable tutor, able to speak to people on their level and teach the subject in bitesize chunks.

The tutor was excellent and was able to utilise anecdotes to highlight the subject matter.

The trainer was fantastic. His knowledge of the standard was exceptional and his teaching methods were both engaging and effective.

This was an extremely informative, enjoyable and above all valuable course and I look forward to putting some of the techniques I have learned into practice, right place to learn. The trainer was very approachable and knowledgeable on the subject, was able to answer questions and facilitate very useful discussion.
